BlueDragon Blog
Here you'll find tips and information about making the most of BlueDragon, which offers several compelling implementation alternatives for your CFML applications. This blog was created originally by Charlie Arehart, who was New Atlanta CTO from 2003-2006.,He has since moved on to become an independent consultant but continues to answer comments raised in existing blog entries. BlueDragon continues, and you should look to the newer BlueDragon blog, from New Atlanta president, Vince Bonfanti, for more updated information.

View the archived Breeze Meeting for My CFUnited Talk Preview

posted Friday, 10 June 2005

Yesterday I did a 15 minute preview of the talk I'll be giving at CFUnited, in a Breeze Meeting for CFLive. You can view the recorded presentation online. Mine is in the first 15 minute slot, at

Apologies for the two minutes of getting things set up. It was my first use of Breeze Meeting (though I've done lots of use of other similar tools). Also, the recording shows the screen moving around as I moved my mouse. I was working only at 1024x768, so I don't understand that. I did find that if I dragged the archive display onto a larger monitor, then it looked fine. Also, there is a point at about 7 minutes where something caused my display to stop sharing, and it gets sorted in a minute.

Anyway, the talk explains how BlueDragon/.NET permits incredible levels of integration of CFML with ASP.NET, in ways that are not possible with ColdFusion. For more, see my talk at the CFunited conference (or for still more, see my day-long class being held on the day before at the conference. More on that in the next entry.)
