Have you joined the BlueDragon-Interest mailing list? This is a mailing list we run at New Atlanta for the discussion of all things BlueDragon. Ask questions, pose challenges, share your experiences. Our engineers and management team all follow the list, so it's a great resource for keeping up on things. And you get great advice and problem resolution--often from our customers as well as our staff.

Oh, and for those who feel that mailing lists tend to clutter their inboxes, this is a pretty low volume one (often just a few to several messages per week). You can also sign up for a digest version, if you'd really like. Finally, we are looking at a solution to allow you to follow the list as a web-based forum rather than a mailing list. Same information, same opportunity to respond and for all to see those responses. Keep an ear out on the list for when we get that implemented.
